1. 基本方針

本アプリ「コトノハ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、アカウント登録を必要とせず、利用者を識別するための個人情報を収集しません。開発者は個人の独立開発者です。

2. 端末内に保存されるもの

以下のデータはお使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。アプリを削除すると、これらも一緒に削除されます。

学習進捗、解答履歴、復習スケジュール
プロフィール（ニックネーム、絵文字アバター、任意の PIN）— 同じ端末を家族で使う際に進捗を分けるためのものです
アプリ内の設定、および任意で入力した API キー（第 4 章）

3. 収集しないもの・使用しないもの

アクセス解析 SDK、広告 SDK、クラッシュレポート SDK、プッシュ通知 SDK は一切組み込んでいません。使用しているのは Capacitor 公式ランタイムと、その公式プラグイン 2 点（触覚フィードバック / ローカル設定保存）のみです。
位置情報、カメラ、マイク、連絡先、写真へのアクセスは要求しません。
広告は表示しません。アプリ内課金・サブスクリプションはありません。
他の利用者に見える形で何かを投稿する機能（SNS 機能・コメント・チャット公開など）はありません。

4. 通信を行う場面（3 つだけ）

教材と音声はすべてアプリに同梱されているため、通常の学習はオフラインで完結します。通信が発生するのは次の場合に限られます。

(a) 「毎日の読みもの」を開いたとき
NHK が公開している RSS フィードを直接取得し、見出しと要約を表示します。この通信により、お使いの端末の IP アドレスが NHK 側に伝わります（通常のウェブ閲覧と同じです）。取得した記事の既読フラグと翻訳結果は端末内にのみ保存します。「全文を読む」は NHK の公式サイトを開きます。

(b) ご自身の API キーを設定したとき（任意・初期状態はオフ）
設定画面で AI サービス（Google Gemini / DeepSeek / OpenAI / 任意の互換サービス）の API キーを入力すると、ペットとの会話や翻訳がそのサービスを通じて行われます。このとき、通信はアプリから各サービスへ直接行われ、開発者のサーバーは一切経由しません。送信された内容の取り扱いは各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。 API キーは端末内のローカルストレージに平文で保存され、送信も同期もされません。キーを空欄にすればこの機能は動作しません。

(c) 学習データの自動バックアップ
本アプリは、端末内の学習データを開発者が管理するバックアップ先へ定期的に送信します。送信されるのは、学習データ一式・プロフィール名・アプリのバージョン・端末ごとにランダム生成された識別子です。この送信は端末の紛失や再インストールによるデータ消失に備えるためのもので、広告・分析・第三者への提供には利用しません。送信先に接続できない場合、送信は行われず学習には影響しません。

※ App Store 版について：App Store で配信される本アプリは完全オフラインで動作し、上記(a)「毎日の読みもの」および(c)「学習データの自動バックアップ」の通信機能は無効化されています。そのため、端末ごとの識別子を含め、いかなるデータも送信されません。

5. 第三者への提供

収集していないため、第三者に販売・提供するデータはありません。

6. お子様のご利用について

本アプリは家族での利用を想定していますが、年齢を問わず、利用者を識別する個人情報を収集していません。

7. 変更とお問い合わせ

1. 总则

「言之叶」（下称「本应用」）不需要注册账号，也不收集用于识别用户身份的个人信息。开发者为个人独立开发者。

2. 保存在你设备上的数据

以下数据仅保存在你的设备本机，删除应用即一并删除：

学习进度、答题记录、复习计划
用户档案（昵称、表情头像、可选 PIN）—— 仅用于同一台设备上区分家庭成员的进度
应用内设置，以及你自愿填写的 API key（见第 4 节）

3. 我们不收集、也不使用的东西

不含任何统计分析 SDK、广告 SDK、崩溃上报 SDK、推送 SDK。应用只使用 Capacitor 官方运行时及其两个官方插件（触感反馈 / 本地偏好存储）。
不申请定位、相机、麦克风、通讯录、相册权限。
不展示广告，无内购、无订阅。
没有任何可被他人看到的内容发布功能（无社交、无评论、无公开聊天）。

4. 会联网的三种情况

课程内容与音频全部预置在安装包内，日常学习完全离线。仅以下情况会产生网络请求：

(a) 打开「每日阅读」时
应用会直接获取 NHK 公开发布的 RSS 订阅源，展示新闻标题与摘要。该请求会把你的设备 IP 地址暴露给 NHK（与用浏览器访问网页无异）。已读标记与译文结果只存在本机。点击「读全文」会跳转至 NHK 官方网站。

(b) 你自己填写了 API key 时（可选，默认关闭）
你可以在设置里填入自己的 AI 服务 API key（Google Gemini / DeepSeek / OpenAI / 任意兼容服务），用于宠物对话与翻译。此时请求由应用直接发往该服务商，不经过开发者的任何服务器；发送内容如何处理，取决于该服务商的隐私政策。 API key 以明文保存在本机的本地存储中，不上传、不同步。留空即不启用该功能。

(c) 学习数据自动备份
本应用会定期把设备上的学习数据发送到开发者管理的备份落点。发送内容包括：整份学习数据、档案昵称、应用版本号，以及为每台设备随机生成的标识符。该备份仅用于防止设备丢失或重装导致进度丢失，不用于广告、不用于统计分析、不向任何第三方提供。若无法连通备份落点，则不会发送，也不影响学习。

※ 关于 App Store 版本：通过 App Store 分发的本应用完全离线运行，上述 (a)「每日阅读」与 (c)「学习数据自动备份」的联网功能均已停用。因此不会发送任何数据，包括设备标识符在内。

5. 第三方共享

我们没有收集数据，因此没有可供出售或共享给第三方的数据。

6. 关于儿童使用

本应用面向家庭使用场景，但无论使用者年龄，均不收集可识别身份的个人信息。

7. 变更与联系

1. Overview

Kotonoha (the "App") requires no account and collects no personal information that identifies you. It is built by an independent solo developer.

2. What is stored on your device

The following stays on your device only, and is deleted when you delete the App:

Learning progress, answer history, and review scheduling
Profiles (nickname, emoji avatar, optional PIN) — used only to keep family members' progress separate on the same device
In-app settings, and any API key you choose to enter (see section 4)

3. What we do not collect or use

No analytics SDK, advertising SDK, crash-reporting SDK, or push-notification SDK is included. The App uses only the official Capacitor runtime plus two official plugins (haptic feedback and local preference storage).
The App requests no access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photos.
No ads. No in-app purchases or subscriptions.
No feature lets you post anything visible to other users (no social feed, comments, or public chat).

4. The only three cases where the App connects to the internet

All lessons and audio are bundled inside the App, so normal study works fully offline. Network requests occur only in these cases:

(a) When you open "Daily Reading"
The App fetches NHK's publicly published RSS feed directly and shows headlines and summaries. This request exposes your device's IP address to NHK, exactly as browsing a website would. Read-flags and translations are stored on your device only. "Read full article" opens NHK's official website.

(b) When you enter your own API key (optional, off by default)
In Settings you may enter your own AI-service API key (Google Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenAI, or any compatible service) to power pet conversation and translation. When you do, requests go from the App directly to that provider and never pass through any server of ours; what happens to the content you send is governed by that provider's privacy policy. Your API key is stored in plain text in local storage on your device; it is never uploaded or synced. Leave it blank and the feature stays off.

(c) Automatic backup of learning data
The App periodically sends your on-device learning data to a backup endpoint operated by the developer. What is sent: the full learning data, the profile nickname, the app version, and a randomly generated per-device identifier. This exists solely to protect against data loss from a lost device or a reinstall. It is not used for advertising or analytics, and is never shared with any third party. If the endpoint cannot be reached, nothing is sent and study is unaffected.

Note on the App Store version: The build distributed on the App Store runs fully offline. The network features described in (a) "Daily Reading" and (c) "Automatic backup" are disabled in that build, so no data — including any per-device identifier — is transmitted.

5. Sharing with third parties

We collect nothing, so there is nothing to sell or share.

6. Children

The App is intended for family use, and collects no identifying personal information from users of any age.

7. Changes and contact
